With Leasing Rights, you are allowed to make one master recording for profitable commercial purposes and you can sell that recording through a profitable medium (i.e. LP, EP, mixtapes, internet paid downloads). Leasing Rights also entitles you to radio play with your song and live shows/performances. Leasing Rights remain intact even after Exclusive Rights are sold to someone else later on, as long as your Leasing Rights were purchased beforehand.
With Exclusive Rights, you can make multiple master recordings for all profitable commercial or broadcast purposes. Exclusive rights also guarantees that the beat will no longer be sold or offered for download to anyone else.

6. What if someone buys out the Exclusive Rights after I already bought a Lease?
As long as you Leased your beat before the Exclusive Rights were sold, all your rights remain intact.
7. Can I buy the Exclusive Rights later on if I purchased a Lease first?
If Exclusive Rights have not already been sold then yes, you can upgrade your Lease to an Exclusive Rights contract and you will only be charged the difference in price.
8. Instead of a beat from your website, I want a beat no one has heard, I want it to be made just for me like I want it, is this possible?
Yes, Custom beats can be made just for you. Your Custom beat is never released on our website, never Leased or sold, and never heard by anyone until you have released your album. Prices start at $500 per Custom beat.
Custom beats will be tailored to your exact description and details given to us, once we have received your description, we will work on your beat and e-mail you a 128kbps Mp3 sample of your beat within 1-3 days. Once the beat is agreed on and full payment is received, we will mail you the beat tracked out in .wav file format and an official Rock It Productions Exclusive Rights contract granting you full 100% rights to your Custom beat.
