The download policy for the free beats is very simple. All I want in return is you post a link to www.tonipproductions.com and thats it. The free beats are there for practicing rapping/singing and therefore are not allowed to be on your commercial project.
If you do wish to commercially release a song to one of the free beats then you can lease it for only 25 USD.
All you have to do is press the LEASE button for that specific beat.
Here is a list for what you can and can not do if you have downloaded a free beat.
Can
- You can post the song on your personal website or a Soundclick/Myspace type website where people can listen and download the song for free (you must give us credit for the beat by linking back to our website www.tonipproductions.com).
- You can put the song on a demo CD you will be handing out to friends/family for free.
- You can burn the beats onto a CD for freestyling in a parking lot at 3 a.m.
Can Not
- You can’t sell the song you recorded for any type of monetary gain, this includes selling internet downloads, even for $1 each.
- You can’t sell your demo just to cover packaging expenses, no matter how small the expenses were.
- No performing with our beats at live shows or concerts, even if it’s a non-profitable event.
- No radio play.
- Don’t post our beats on a website without your vocals over the beat.
If you do get caught doing one or more of the following things, legal actions will be take.
